<if_displays SysServiceName>...<else> </if_displays>   The content inside the tag is shown if the specified service is enabled and the user has a read permission for it.      You can use this tag only in html mode and at the very beginning of the html text you should type <advancedparser/>!  
 If you don`t want to use the else condition you still have to type <else> and leave a blank space after it.        All service names that can be used with if_dispays  are:    |  Icon | Name
